Quality assurance is maintained for our customers and overseen by our in house auditor. The auditor is formally qualified by the Institute of Quality Assurance to examine quality management systems within ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 guidelines. All of our sources of supply employ total quality management and the majority are also ISO 9002 accredited.
